I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The location was excellent for shopping and dining, making it convenient to explore the area. However, the service, especially during breakfast, left a lot to be desired. Additionally, the dining options were underwhelming, particularly in the variety provided at breakfast.

Our stay at Parkroyal was absolutely delightful, with a perfect location just a stone's throw from attractions like the Twin Towers and Jalan Alor. The spacious and clean rooms made our stay very comfortable, although there were a few mosquitoes we had to ward off. The dining options for breakfast were adequate, but could use a bit more variety. We especially loved the incredible service from the staff, who truly made us feel at home.
