Staying at the One-Bedroom Premier Suite was an absolute delight! The room was spacious and equipped with modern amenities. I loved the polished wooden floor in the bedroom and a large bathroom that had both a shower and a deep bathtub. The daily provision of free bottled water was a thoughtful touch that added to my overall comfort.

Stunning Rooftop Pool
The rooftop pool experience was simply amazing! It offered a stunning view of the city skyline and was the perfect spot for an evening dip. I spent wonderful evenings swimming and watching the lights of KL come alive from this vantage. The pool is large enough to truly enjoy without feeling cramped.

Family-Friendly Fun
I genuinely appreciated the hotel's family-friendly amenities. The kids loved having space to play in the living room, as well as access to the mezzanine floor. It made our family vacay more enjoyable, allowing everyone to have their own area to relax while also enjoying time together.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The location was excellent for shopping and dining, making it convenient to explore the area. However, the service, especially during breakfast, left a lot to be desired. Our stay at Parkroyal was absolutely delightful, with a perfect location just a stone's throw from attractions like the Twin Towers and Jalan Alor. The spacious and clean rooms made our stay very comfortable, although there were a few mosquitoes we had to ward off. The dining options for breakfast were adequate, but could use a bit more variety. We especially loved the incredible service from the staff, who truly made us feel at home.
