the location was great and within walking distance to many attractions. the staff were friendly and check-in was fast.
The parking system was hopeless (it's controlled by a third party). i had ticketing issues at the exit. also, the parking quality was bad. It wasn't easy to navigate.

mr razieman and his front desk service were excellent the security team was also good i appreciate that the housekeeping guy at level 20 is very proactive. i noticed that the reception lady is helpful in sharing details of bukit bintang

the suite was quite spacious. it was easy to access the building. the hotel's proximity to bukit bintang and jalan alor was convenient.
the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. the hotel only provided grab-and-go options, so choices were limited. the food also tasted quite cold.

the location offered convenient access to various dining options, a short walk to a major train station and a bustling shopping plaza. covered parking was ample and easily accessible. i found that using ride-sharing services proved both efficient and cost-effective for navigating the city. there were multiple stores nearby for small necessities.
the fitness center had limited equipment. the treadmills and stationary bikes were often occupied. this. i would have appreciated more variety and availability.
